Package 3: Audit Spot, Pet Manners Virtual Class

Pet Obedience Class

Our in person puppy/beginne​r obedience group program in an online, virtual format

Start your puppy or dog off on the right paw! Our Virtual Pet Obedience course will teach your dog all the basic commands needed to become a well behaved member of your family. Your puppy/dog will learn sit, down, stay, come, hand and chin targeting, heel position, go to your bed and loose leash walking. We will also cover manners like 'leave it', waiting at doorways, four paws on the floor (not jumping up), accepting handling, and automatic attention on the owner. Problem solving for common issues (puppy biting, housetraining, etc) will also be discussed

 

The puppy/beginner course includes 6 lessons over 6 weeks.  Each lesson includes weekly training videos and handouts, feedback from our instructor and live weekly zoom sessions (working spots)

This virtual course takes place in a private facebook group.

There is no minimum or maximum age to attend this course.  Start teaching your family pet right away!

One Jump Exercises


Tight on training space? No problem! The one jump course will give you and your dog 20+ exercises to keep you busy through the winter. Skills include lead outs, wraps, k turns, body awareness, distance skills, serpentines, threadles, backsides and more!

 

The One Jump course includes 4 lessons over 4 weeks.

2x2 Weave Course


Teach your dog this important piece of equipment in a virtual class dedicated to teaching weaving from the ground up! You will learn how to train the weave poles using the 2 x 2 method. We will also begin proofing our weave skills by varying the approach to the obstacle, distance from the weaves, obstacles performed before and after weave poles, etc.

 

The Weave course includes 6 lessons over 6 weeks.

Note: Payment is due at the time of registration via paypal, e transfer or payment in person with cash, debit or credit. Registrations will not be accepted if payment is not received within 24 hours of enrolment in a course. All classes are six weeks long unless otherwise stated in the description. Each class runs for approximately an hour each week.


Refund Policy:  Classes are fully refundable up to 72 hours before the start of a set of classes. After the 72 hour window has passed and once classes are in progress the classes are non refundable, non transferable, and there are no make up classes.  Our refund policy also includes those that have to miss class due to COVID.  When registering for a class in the current health climate, you are registering knowing that their is a risk that you may have to miss a class or two due to quarantine.  There will be no refund or make up class for missed lessons, but our instructors will do their best to get you caught up on missed material.


Group classes are not appropriate for dogs with reactivity/aggression issues or other severe behaviour problems. If you have concerns regarding your dog's behaviour please contact us before registering for a class. Classes are non refundable and non transferable up to three days before your class starts and once it is in session. 

You are encouraged to come out and watch a class before registering in a program.
