 Dec 30
Kim Boyes and Strider earn their AAC Advanced Agility Dog of Canada title (AADC).  Making that 8 new titles earned by Strider in 2009!

 Dec 6
Kim Boyes and Strider earn 2 OTCHX legs with 3 firsts and 1 second place.  Also earning 2 High in Trial awards, 2 High Combined and High Aggregate score.  Open scores of: 197 and 196.5. Utility scores of 191 and 195.5.

 Nov 7-8
Kim Boyes and Shetland Sheepdog "Strider" earn their CKC Obedience Trial Champion (OTCH) with 3 firsts and 1 second place.  Also winning High In Trial and High Aggregate with scores of 196, 195.5, 195 and 193 in Utility.

 Nov 1
Kim Boyes and Shetland Sheepdog "Strider" earn their APDT Rally Obedience Level 2 and Level 3 titles with 5 firsts, 1 second and 4 perfect scores. Also earning High in Trial.

October 24-25
Judith Brown and Gordon Setter "Edward" earn their CKC Rally Novice Title

September 19
Kim Boyes and Shetland Sheepdog "Strider" earn their first leg in UKC Open B with a score of 196.5.  Winning High in Class, High in Trial and High scoring Open dog over the weekend

September 5-6 
Kim Boyes and Labrador Retriever "Kloee" finished their CKC agility intermediate title (AG.I)
Kim Boyes and Shetland Sheepdog "Strider" finished their CKC intermediate jumpers with weaves title (AG.IJ)
August 1
Pam Adomaitis and Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever "Levi" complete their Canine Good Neighbour (CGN) test

July 31-August 3
Pam Fieldwalken and Cairn Terrier "Clancy" complete their CKC Rally Novice title (RN) 

 July 31-August 3
Kim Boyes and Shetland Sheepdog "Strider" completed 5 RAE legs (Rally Advanced Excellent) at the AKC show.  Winning 9/10 rounds with 7 perfect 100 scores, 2 scores of 99 and one score of 90. Strider also completed his CKC agility intermediate title and novice jumpers title.

Alaska is the #3 Canadian APDT Rally Obedience dog for 2008 (owner Kim Boyes)

April 4
Kloee completes the requirements for her AAC starters gamers dog of Canada (SGDC)

 March 28-30
Strider finishes his CKC Rally Excellent Title (RE) with a first place and two third place wins (100, 96,94/100)
Kloee finishes her CKC Rally Excellent Title (RE) with two fourth place wins (99, 96, 87/100)

January 31 and February 1st.
Strider finishes his CKC Rally Advanced title with two perfect score and 2 first place wins. (making that three 100's and three first places for his RA)
Kloee finishes her CKC Rally Advanced title with two scores of 96/100 and a second and fourth place finish.
Strider competed in scent hurdle racing for the first time ever and earned 115 points, enough points to earn his scent hurdle dog excellent title (SHDX)

January 10
Kloee earns her third leg for her AAC Agility Dog of Canada title (ADC)
